Return Policy Procedure

Terms and Conditions for Product Returns

 

To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please review the Terms and Conditions for Product Returns to ensure that your product may be returned directly to Danetco & Associates, Inc.
     

  2. Email us at orders@danetco.net or call (910) 893-9166 to obtain the relevant Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and mailing address information.

    Do not ship your package to Danetco & Associates, Inc. without obtaining authorization and instructions.  Your package will be refused and sent back to you.

    For fastest service, please have the following information on hand when calling:
     

    • Customer name

    • Invoice number

    • Nature of the problem

    All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance.
     

  3. Promptly return the product(s) within 10 days of when the RMA was issued. The product return must include all components such as:
     

    • Disks

    • CD's

    • Manuals

    • Registration cards

    • Cables

    • Batteries

    You are responsible for the cost of shipping, unless you have been given alternative instruction from our Customer Service Department.

    For your protection, we recommend you use a shipping company that can track packages such as UPS or insured Parcel Post for the shipment.

    Danetco & Associates, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise unless the customer has proof of delivery.
     
    IMPORTANT: Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on 3 sides  of the package.
     

  4. A refund credit will be submitted to the account from which item was purchased, or a check will be submitted to the name and address referenced in the original sale. The refund will include the following costs:
     

    • Original Price - applicable fees

    • Sales Tax
