Return Policy

It is important to us that our products can be bought with total confidence. In addition to offering free fully functioning test drive versions of our software we offer the following refund policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from Danetco & Associates, Inc. you may receive a prompt replacement or refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

IMPORTANT: Before returning any item you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling our sales support team at (910) 893-9166. Products will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Terms and Conditions for Product Returns

 

All Other Items:

  1. Product was purchased directly from Danetco & Associates, Inc.
     

  2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is requested no more than 20 days after date of purchase.
     

  3. All shipping charges associated with returned items are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
     

  4. Products are returned in their original condition along with any associated packaging, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or forfeiture of your credit.

Unfortunately Danetco & Associates, Inc. cannot issue credits for:

  1. Products not purchased from Danetco & Associates, Inc. directly. If you purchased your product from a reseller or distributor you must contact them directly for return instructions. Returns are subject to the return policies of the individual vendor.
     

  2. Items that are not in the same condition they were when originally shipped.
     

  3. Products obtained as part of a bundle with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of their software compilation.
     

  4. Products returned to Danetco & Associates, Inc. more than 10 days after the RMA number was issued.
