Software Design

Here is an overview of what our design process involves:

  • Assess. We will listen to what you need and want this program to do for you.
  • Requirements. After listening to your needs, we will draw up a document that spells out what needs to be done to deliver a turn-key application to you. This document will have a rough timeline and estimate of cost to complete the application. Both the timeline and estimates may change once we finish the design step.
  • Design. This is where we fill out the requirements document with every detail that will go into your application. This document will contain a specific timeline and a specific cost estimate.
  • Program. This is where we write your application to the specification created in the prior steps.
  • Delivery. We will send you the program on a CD so you may install the program at your convenience. If the application is sufficiently complex, We will come to your place of business to install the program and make sure that it works on your systems.
  • Documentation and Training. Included with the program will be detailed instructions on using the software. If you want, we can come to your place of business and train the users on the new software.
  • Maintenance. If there are any bugs or enhancements you need once the software is delivered we will assist where necessary.
